Additional information about rental charge

  • Each 5th or 6th person must be declared in advance and will cost 13 € more weekly on springtime and autumntime, 20 € more on summertime, 10 € more on wintertime. Cleaning on site 60 €. Minimal term of lease on summertime is 7 days , other time is 7 days or by request. From november to april it is 10 € extra weekly for electricity. Exit till 11 a.m. and entry from 2 p.m. on one΄s arrival.
  • 25 % must be paid on reservation , rest must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. In case of rejection deposit is not given back.
  • Security deposit 160 € must be paid on site
  • Transfer from the Alicante airport is posible, the cost is 50 €.
